I have an experience working in a variety of research methods including in-depth interviews, usability tests, service safari, netnography, and surveys. I am facilitating, planning, moderating, and analyzing user experience research for digital products, as well as generating strategic ideas for new products. Understanding customers’ behavior, habits, and preferences to help clients deliver the best experience.
