I’m passionate about improving products and services to best serve the customer. I love creative challenges in complex projects. My passion is accessibility because I believe it’s a gateway to more inclusive and tolerant world.
I have experience designing for behavior change at McKinsey&Company, designing soft robotics at Harvard University and MS1 Spacesuit at Rhode Island School of Design. I also worked as a UX researcher. I enjoy getting to know people that I design for and I emphasize on including the customer into the design process.
