About me:
For almost 4 years, I have been working as a designer at McKinsey & Company, driving transformations and change through service and experience design. I created user-centered solutions that facilitate meaningful interactions and promote behavior change.
As an accessibility advocate and a recently certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies, I lead efforts to improve the accessibility of digital environments.
Previously, I worked as a researcher at a design agency, collaborating with clients such as Adobe (please refer to the case study on the Polish website), the Polish National Bank, and a sports betting company.
I led research and behavior change initiatives for a startup focused on substance abuse rehabilitation.
I authored the Inclusive Declaration, which inspired me to launch a social change campaign aimed at redefining disability, and I learned valuable lessons from its challenges.
Additionally, I was a fellow at Harvard's School of Engineering, where I worked on the development and testing of soft robotic assistive technologies.
I designed and built the MS1 Spacesuit for Mars simulation training.
